Article 1. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
The data controller is Zerbst & Partners spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, REGON: 387168308, VAT ID: 9532778905, KRS No. 0000862473, with its registered office in Bydgoszcz, ul. Grudziądzka 27-29, 85-130 Bydgoszcz. The email address for contacting the service provider is: biuro@zerbst.pl. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal provisions, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Online Store Terms and Conditions or definitions resulting from the content of the Privacy Policy shall apply (if this results directly from the description).
The term GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
In order to respect the right to privacy and ensure data security, the AKUPUNKTURA.EDU.PL website uses, among others, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
Article 2. PRIVACY PRINCIPLES
The Service Provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that when an account is created on AKUPUNKTURA.EDU.PL, the following data is processed: first name, last name, email address, phone number, residential address, IP address.
The Service Provider is also the data controller for newsletter subscribers.
Personal data is processed:
- in accordance with personal data protection regulations
- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and properly perform the Services provided electronically, to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject – to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by the user subscribed to the newsletter.
Every person whose data is concerned (if the Service Provider is its controller) has the right to access data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The Service Provider reserves the right to process data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing any claims before a court or if national or EU law or international law requires data retention.
The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable legal provisions.
The Service Provider declares that it has implemented data encryption and introduced access control, thereby minimizing the effects of any potential data security breach.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by the Service Provider or by processors with whom the Service Provider closely cooperates.
Article 3. SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTING CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA
The Seller processes necessary personal data of Customers for the purpose of providing services available in the Service and for accounting purposes only, i.e.: for the purpose of placing an order in the Service, for the purpose of concluding a contract, complaints and withdrawal from the contract, issuing an invoice.
The Seller collects, processes, and stores the following user data: first and last name, residential address, delivery address (if different from the residential address), tax identification number (VAT ID), email address, phone number (mobile), information about the web browser used, other voluntarily provided personal data.
The Seller declares that providing the above data by the Customer is completely voluntary, but also necessary for the full performance of the service by the Service Provider.
Article 4. COOKIES POLICY
The AKUPUNKTURA.EDU.PL website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the computer browser software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the website recognizes the type of device from which the user is connecting. Parameters allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server that created them. Therefore, cookies facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
The collected information concerns IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location, and information sent to the website via the contact form.
The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use the Service Provider's websites, to improve the functioning of the service by providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation.
Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website they use to be adapted to their needs. By remembering their preferences, it enables appropriate customization of advertisements directed at them. Cookie files are used to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of the Service, and the collected data is used only internally at AKUPUNKTURA.EDU.PL to optimize operations.

Article 5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Service Provider has the right, and in cases specified by law also a statutory obligation, to transfer selected or all information concerning Service Customers to public authorities or third parties who request such information based on applicable Polish law provisions.
The Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data that they provide to the Service Provider, the Customer may correct and supplement this data at any time, and also has the right to request that the Service Provider delete them from its databases or stop processing them, without giving any reason. In order to exercise their rights, the Customer may at any time send an appropriate message to the Service Provider's registered office address or email address.
The request to delete personal data or stop their processing by the Service Provider from the Customer may result in a complete inability to perform services by the Service Provider through the Service or their serious limitation.
The Service Provider undertakes to act in accordance with applicable legal provisions and principles of social coexistence.
